Halloween

We love Halloween at our house.  The girls were dressed in Halloween attire pretty much the whole month of October.  Berkley especially loved this outfit that matched her doll. 

 We spent an evening at "Scary Hill" and the girls loved it, especially the spooky wagon ride.

We had our annual pumpkin carving night with the Morbys. 

(Which included jumping in the leaves with Grandma Lisa.)

I'm fairly certain that for every piece of candy that made it onto Peyton's cookie, at least five made it into her mouth. 

And here are the finished masterpieces. 

On Halloween Day we went to Black Island Farms for Berkley's preschool field trip.  The girls always have a blast there.

Everyone but me went down this giant bumpy slide.  (At 27 weeks pregnant it just didn't sound fun/comfortable.)

Halloween was quite warm this year but it was SO windy on the farm and there was so much dust blowing!  That didn't keep the girls from riding the cow train though... Or Zack. 

Then the girls thought it would be fun to have corn in all their crevices.

We even went on a wagon ride around the farm, tasted their fresh cabbage, and picked out our own pumpkins to take home. 

Then it was costume time.  Peyton chose to be Cinderella and Berkley wanted to be an Elsa butterfly (which is basically just Elsa with wings.)

After our ward trunk-or-treat we went down to surprise Grandma Leann and trick-or-treated around her neighborhood. 

This is as crazy as my costuming got.  It's too bad we didn't get a picture of Zack's strange ensemble.  He was going for "white trash" but most people thought he was "Weird Al."

Splash Pad

We spent quite a few days at the splash pad this summer.  The only time I took any pictures was when we met the Banbury girls (who were in town from Ohio) at the Kaysville splash pad (which we had never been to before.) 

Lucy didn't want a group picture.  Ruby was fine with at as long as snacks were involved. 

This girl waited so long to use a water gun.  I can't believe how tall she is!

The best part was getting to catch up with this lady!  It had been 4 years since we had seen each other.  I wish they could live closer so our girls could play more often!
