Most of my posts from now on will probably be about the babe because that's basically what our lives revolve around now. Berkley is already over 3 weeks old. Here are some things she does:
-She's an expert poo squirter. She has shot her yellow poo at least 3 feet on occasion and has gotten my pants and the carpet several times. We're working on better diaper-changing strategies to prevent this.
-She thinks it's daytime when it's dark and vice versa. We're working on getting her schedule turned around.
-She loves hanging out with her dad. He can calm her down when I can't.
-She makes the funniest faces ever! We just watch her and laugh.
-She has some little smiles and smirks. They're probably still just gas related but they're so dang cute and we like to think they're because she likes us.
-She sneezes a lot! I hope I didn't give her my allergies!

Yeah, she's addicted to the bink. Oh well.
She always needs her hands by her face. She hates being tightly swaddled because she needs her arms free.
I realized I really didn't have any pictures with her so I attempted a self-portrait. It was pretty difficult with our particular camera. This is when she was two weeks.

Her cord took a while to fall off so her first real bath wasn't until about 2 1/2 weeks old. She hates being undressed but once she got in the warm water she calmed right down.
And here are some pictures at 3 weeks. We tell her not to make faces like this so people don't think she's crazy. She doesn't listen to us.
This face is better. We encourage it. Her eyes seem to be dark grey/blue so we'll see what happens.
