Peyton turned 21 months old on December 27th. Here are some pictures and facts from the past few months:
She usually has a serious face.
She is a copy cat. I thought she wouldn't talk much because Berkley would do all her talking for her. Instead, she copies everything she says (and does) which has made her a good little talker.
She has more hair than most 2 year olds.
And she knows what color it is. We've been working on her colors. She's starting to get the hang of it instead of just guessing whichever color comes to mind (which is usually pink.) I took this video because she started pronouncing her l's.
She loves Signing Times and I love watching her do all the signs.
She really loves her Dad. It's pretty clear that he's the favorite these days.
This girl already loves accessories. Necklaces, glasses, shoes, hairbows, you name it.
We turned her car seat forward facing for our Thanksgiving road trip and she loves being able to observe more now.
She pulls some funny faces. Quite often we'll be at the dinner table and she'll say, "Look!" And she's doing some weird face.
She must think she's two already because tantrum throwing has begun.
She has shown interest in the potty but I have no interest in training her yet.
I curled her hair for the first time. She hated it.
She is mischievous. She does exactly what you tell her not to do. When you give her a moment alone, things like this happen.
But she's cute enough to get away with it.
She puts up with a lot from her big sister but she's getting pretty good at fighting back. She gets her toys taken away, yelled at and bossed around, even put into drawers.
She's (usually) a pretty good sport.
She loves music. The first song she really started singing is Sing, Sing, Sing. Zack got a video of it on Christmas Day.

Drew took a bunch of pictures at their house Christmas Eve Day. We did our gift exchange then since that's when everyone could be there.
After that we headed to the Toolson family Christmas party where I didn't take any pictures...
Christmas morning was so fun. The girls were so excited about every single thing.

The only thing Berkley wanted from Santa was a 'white fluffy dog, that's not real, with a purple bow.' He delivered.
The aftermath...
The Morbys came over to skype with Carson from his mission in Argentina.
He seems to be doing really well.
Then the Woodburys came over to exchange gifts and skype with Merrisa from her mission in Chile. (Zack served everybody a delicious brisket lunch.)
Merrisa also seems to be doing really well. It was fun to see/talk to her.
We went on our annual outing with the Morby family to see the lights at Temple Square in December. It was cold but beautiful, and pretty crowded as per usual.
Berkley decided that Amy was her favorite that day. It might have been the matching cheetah-print scarves.
